Rahul Sharma is a qualified Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Law Graduated and Bachelor in Commerce. He is also a registered Trade Mark Agent. He is Specialized in Corporate Laws, Legal Compliances, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Governance, SEBI Regulations and LODR Compliances and IPR Laws etc. He is a Founder of the firm.

Rashi Singla is a qualified Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Commerce Graduate from University of Delhi. She has good exposure in e-filing and compliance on MCA Portal etc and is specialized in Corporate Laws, Legal Compliances, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Governance and SEBI Regulations & LODR Compliances etc. She is associated with the firm to support the back end professional team.

CA Sumit Aggarwal

Mr. Sumit Aggarwal is a qualified Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), has professional experience of more than 5 years in handling tax matters of various Indian & International Companies. He specializes in providing complete tax solution including litigation support to Indian and International enterprises. He also advises companies on service tax matters including transition support for GST, litigation and audit support. He is proficient in analyzing tax efficient models and providing advisory services for business restructuring transactions. He has an extensive knowledge of finalization of statutory audits and tax audits. He has been involved in preparation of due diligence reports for various clients. He has gathered extensive experience in finalization of accounts according to the requirements of Indian Accounting Standards.
